Project management software for real-estate investment

The task was to develop a custom multifunctional project management tool for the investment company with a high security level from scratch. This platform replaces all tools that their project managers used before such as: calendars, excel tables, to do tools and others. It increased the security level of business processes along with work pace. Developed solution resolves such tasks as contract management, investment portfolio management, loan servicing and real estate property management.

UI/UX design and development of the website for the company's project managers and a separate portal for board members A project management software that could cater to the needs of their company while being extremely easy to use and understand for all employees. Roughly speaking, we had to create an Atlassian-like service where everything would be kept in one place with no need in switching between the apps and systems.

We developed the project and provided an Interlinking of a large amount of data between various modules. As well as a service with financial indicators that are calculated according to certain formulas.
