Backstage IT is a Dutch company with an office in Eerbeek, trusted by software companies in Western Europe. We build nearshore development teams in Moldova, or strengthen the team you already have. We call that an extended development team.
Your developers work only on your product, under your direction: you set the work, the sprints and the culture. They work from our office in Chișinău, nearly the same hours as the Dutch workday, use AI tools every day and review the output themselves. Not freelancers or seconded staff, but part of your team.
We take care of everything around the team: recruitment, office and equipment, HR and legal matters. We recruit on the profile we agree with you, we hold the interviews together, and you choose. You can start with one developer and add more when the work calls for it.
