Bitė Group, the leading digital services company in the Baltics, operates across multiple sectors including mobile, media, and fixed broadband services. Owned by Providence Equity Partners, Bitė’s B2B sales were expanding rapidly, but they faced technical challenges due to the performance limitations of their legacy sales management system.

With these setbacks affecting operational efficiency and slowing down sales processes, Bitė needed a new, high-performing sales management application to streamline their B2B sales processes. They sought a technology partner capable of delivering a robust solution while meeting the complexities of their business operations.

Solution

Baltic Amadeus stepped in to help Bitė Group develop a fully optimised B2B sales management application by dividing the project into two main phases:

  • Technical Upgrade: Our team introduced new technical capabilities to eliminate performance issues and improve application speed. This phase focused on ensuring smooth management of B2B sales across various departments.
  • Functionality Enhancements: We implemented features that made it easier to sell new products and services, allowing Bitė to meet market demands faster.
