Challenge
As per the initial challenge the client was looking for an experienced RoR development team they could rely on. The client already had some members on their team who were handling the development work for their application but were looking for more assistance for solving the blockers, providing guidance, providing technical approaches on the scalability, and on important pending features that are yet to be released on priority.
With time not only did we start to work on the development aspect of the project but as the client also required project management services for the project, we took up that role as well.

We enhance existing features, address issues, and ensure optimal user experiences. Although not initially part of the project scope, we assumed project leadership, planning features using Agile methodology. We proactively tackle miscellaneous tasks to maintain smooth application functionality, recently resolving Google Calendar issues.
Transitioning from Braintree to Stripe streamlined payment processes, automating payments and payouts. Notably, Instructor 2.0 transformed lesson management, shifting responsibility from Account Managers to instructors for improved efficiency.
