Boldr AI is an AI consulting and execution partner that helps mid-market companies turn fragmented workflows into AI systems that run every day. It works with labor-intensive companies in the $10M–$1B revenue range that want a measurable return from AI.
Boldr AI diagnoses the process first, redesigns it for AI, deploys the technology and operates the system end to end. It is a US-based consultancy with nearshore delivery teams in Latin America that work in US time zones. Boldr AI is the execution arm for AI in mid-market businesses.
Engagements start with a two-to-four-week Value Discovery Sprint: diagnosis and design, with an MVP or pilot of the solution when it helps the client decide. Deployment comes after the sprint, run by a composed or dedicated POD.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
Every engagement starts with a 2–4 week Value Discovery Sprint. We measure how the process runs today from the client's own systems data, work with the people who run it, and decide for every step whether to eliminate, standardize, improve, automate or robotize it.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
The sprint ends with a business case the client's finance team can rebuild and a baseline for three numbers: hours of manual work removed, cycle time, and revenue or cost recovered. Deployment is measured against that baseline.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Process redesign comes before automation. Deployment runs in short iterations with a composed or dedicated POD, with human checkpoints on exceptions.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Weekly review with the client sponsor and regular working sessions with the operating team during deployment.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Weekly, plus a review against the sprint baseline at each milestone.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Every automation and AI agent is tested on real cases before go-live, runs with human checkpoints on exceptions, and is monitored after launch.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
During the sprint we only need read access to the systems the process touches. Data retention and the rule against using client data to train models are set in the contract.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Boldr AI operates the system after launch with the POD and reports results against the sprint baseline.
