BotLabs engineers AI agents and custom automation systems for sales, customer support and operational workflows. Founded in 2015 by Ivan Deineka, our Kyiv-based team works with international clients in English.
We combine conversational interfaces, LLM and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, business rules, role-based administration and CRM/ERP integrations. Our delivery covers discovery, architecture, data-flow design, development, QA, deployment and ongoing support. We agree the scope and integrations around the process a client needs to improve.
Our portfolio includes a B2B product catalog chatbot for KLEIBERIT, a German industrial adhesives manufacturer; a mobile CRM connected to ERP for NFM AGRO agricultural equipment sales and commercial approvals; and a Telegram-based operational system for Fayni Lyody, a network of 300+ franchises. These projects show our experience in manufacturing, distribution, agriculture and multi-location operations.
We develop AI agents, Telegram Mini Apps, web administration panels, mobile workflows, knowledge-base assistants and reporting tools. Our stack includes Python, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, REST APIs and webhooks. AI components are selected for the task, with human escalation where a workflow needs oversight.
Projects start from $10,000. Hourly rates range from $25 to $49; scope and availability are confirmed during discovery. Contact [email protected] or visit botlabs.agency to discuss your workflow.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We begin with discovery of the business process, user roles, data flows and required integrations. The delivery scope is defined around the workflow and the systems the client already uses.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We define the business workflow, user roles, data exchanges and launch scope with the client. Prototypes and staged releases let stakeholders validate the solution against their operating process. In the NFM AGRO project, testing involved both ERP specialists and employees working in the field.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
The approach depends on the scope. For the Fayni Lyody project, the first release used upfront requirements, planning and a defined launch scope, followed by continued development as business processes evolved.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Our documented NFM AGRO and Fayni Lyody projects used Telegram for communication, Worksection for task management, and Google Docs/Sheets for documentation and time reporting. These shared tools connect requirements, development work and client feedback.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
We do not advertise one fixed meeting frequency for every project. Communication arrangements are discussed during scoping. Our case records describe phased delivery and ongoing updates shaped by the client's business needs, rather than a universal weekly release schedule.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
We test the core user scenarios, integrations and business workflows before launch and during further development. For NFM AGRO, integration testing involved the client's technical specialists, while workflow testing involved the employees using the product in the field. Updates also address defects and usability improvements.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We clarify scope, roles, data flows and integration dependencies before development. Prototypes, phased delivery and testing with client specialists help expose problems before broader rollout. Delivery and support arrangements are defined for the individual engagement; we do not promise a risk-free project.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
BotLabs provides ongoing support and further development after launch. The support scope, priorities and maintenance arrangements are agreed for each project.
