Brightin Studio helps growing businesses turn ideas and messy processes into software that people actually use. We are a small, focused team of designers and developers in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and most of our clients are in the UK.
Why clear plans come first
Many software projects go wrong long before anyone writes code. The goal is unclear, the scope keeps growing and the budget stretches. That is why every Brightin project starts with a short planning step. We agree on who the product is for, what the first version must do and what can wait. Then we design and build it in small steps, with regular check-ins so you always know where things stand.
What we do
- Custom software development for business tasks and internal tools
- Web application and SaaS development, including dashboards and customer portals
- Mobile app development for iOS and Android
- UI/UX design, from user flows to full product interfaces
- MVP development for founders building a first version
- Website design and Webflow development
- White-label design and development for agencies
Industries we know well
We have strong experience in fintech and real estate, including banking app concepts, finance dashboards, property platforms and property management tools. We also build SaaS products for different types of businesses.
How we work with you
You get one team for design and development, so ideas do not get lost between separate teams. We give honest advice, even when it means saying no to a feature that will not help your business. Our founder brings more than 10 years of software engineering experience, and we aim to be a long-term partner rather than just a supplier.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
Every project starts with a discovery call where we learn how the client's business works today. We map their idea as a simple flowchart, then make a quick rough visual and ask: "Is this what you mean?" This catches gaps early, before any code. We ask three key questions: what goes in, who uses it, and what decision it helps someone make. We then agree a written scope for the first version, listing what is included and what waits for later. The client reviews and signs off this scope before design and development begin.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We start with the business goal, not the feature list. Before planning, we ask what problem the software must solve and how success will be measured. Each feature is then prioritised by its value to that goal, so the first version focuses on what matters most. If a request adds cost without clear benefit, we say so honestly and suggest a simpler option. We work as a partner, not a vendor. Regular reviews let the client check that the product still fits their strategy as it grows.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We use an Agile approach with a Scrum-style rhythm. After a short planning and scoping phase, we design and build in small iterations. Each iteration ends with a review where the client sees working progress and gives feedback. This lets us adjust priorities early instead of finding problems at the end. Design and development sit in one team, so changes move quickly. For small projects with a fixed, clear scope, we use a lighter, phase-based plan with set milestones.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Clients can see the plan, check progress and ask questions at every step. We hold regular check-ins and share short written updates covering what is done, what is next and any blockers. We show work in progress early through demos and review links, so feedback comes before costs or timelines drift. If a risk or change comes up, we raise it straight away and agree the next step together. Each client has a direct contact on our team, so questions never get lost.
