Solution
In the current context, for some people, it’s quite expensive and/or complicated to return items that they purchased online because the shipping company (FedEx, UPS...) dropoff locations are located pretty far from their homes, and the pick-up service is either unavailable or expensive. Returns would hire their drivers who could work flexible hours and accept work routes that are offered to them through the app.
