Bang Cookies reached out to Craft Berry as they were looking to revamp their existing store just before Black Friday 2021. The goal of the new store was to dramatically improve the customer experience, reduce friction points and increase the Conversion Rate.
Time was against us - it was already September and the new store had to be live at the beginning of November - in just under 8 weeks.
We assembled a team of a project manager, two mid and a senior developer, and a quality assurance expert.

Solution
Local delivery, shipping by mail, and store pickup
Customers can get their favorite cookies delivered in three ways:
Local delivery - that option is available for customers that are located in Jersey City
Shipping by mail - delivering cookies across the globe
Store Pickup - for customers that wish to go to the Bang Cookies store and pick up their cookies
Zapiet provided the base functionality for the complex delivery methods. Customers were getting confused using Zapiet's default widget, leading to an increased dropoff rate. We used Zapiet API to build a clean, intuitive solution to ensure that customers can easily choose their preferred delivery method.
