Our client is a US-based company that manufactures and sells products for the ketogenic diet. The client needed a robust development team to work on the e-commerce store and requested DashBouquet to provide the needed specialists for them.

Solution
The client was specific in his request for the team so we provided a frontend lead (React) and hired a backend engineer (Ruby on Rails). The team was responsible for the platform rebuild (we rebuilt approximately 80% of the platform), performance optimization, and design fine-tuning. Because the profitability of e-commerce stores is heavily dependent on the conversions and UX, we did our best to boost the performance and make sure the navigation is clear and intuitive.
As well, our team helped the client with analytics, provided end-to-end marketing automation, and designed a custom CMS. We also optimized the backend as several issues were found.
