HRM addressed the operational complexity of internal human resources processes, including leave requests, remote work tracking, timesheets, resource allocation, recruitment, policies, and performance management. Solution
Designveloper built a human resources management system with employee self-service, HR administration tools, recruitment support, policy management, resource planning, timesheet workflows, and OKR-related functionality. The implementation used NestJS, PostGraphile, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Svelte, and TypeScript to create a structured internal business platform.
