Dev Station Technology builds inspection and industrial software for teams that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
Our work covers three areas: digital quality inspection platforms, industrial IoT systems, and embedded software. Clients usually arrive in one of two situations. Some need a custom platform because their inspection process does not fit any product on the market. Others already have a product and need engineers who can join the roadmap and ship.
Standard inspection apps hold up fine until they don't. The breaking points we see most often are integration with ERP or CMMS, scoring logic tied to a specific regulation or customer contract, data residency requirements, offline reliability, and field teams past a hundred users. Any one of those turns a subscription into a workaround. We build the system that removes the workaround.
We are based in Vietnam and work with clients across North America, Europe, Japan and the wider APAC region. Engagements run two ways: a fixed-scope build where we own delivery end to end, or a dedicated engineering team that works inside your process and reports to your leads. Both start with a technical assessment of what you have now, not a sales call.
What clients get out of it is measurable in their own numbers: inspection data that holds up under audit, operations visible in real time instead of in a monthly report, and compliance evidence that is already formatted for the regulator asking for it.
