There were some challenges such as: 1. Lack of in-house resources. Lack of in-house resources, having enough skills and technical knowledge, and problems finding them on the local market. 2. Reliable software development partner. The client was looking for a reliable software development partner, not just a typical IT staff augmentation/staffing firm for ad-hoc development requests. 3. Advice and strategy. The need for advice and strategy for the development of the solution. 4. Cost-effectively. Do it cost-effectively without sacrificing product quality.

We helped the client improve personal responsibility, communication distribution, and employee free time through a four-step approach. We conducted a project discovery analysis, formulated requirements for future candidates, and created a high-end development team. In the software product development phase, we reduced time on calls, improved sprint performance, and provided a recommendation list for SEO optimization, content plan for blog and social media, and evaluation of PPC campaign. We ensured flexible team growth, ongoing optimization, and scaling of the project while working with the client. The outcome was increased productivity, reduced coordination time, and more employee free time to focus on tasks.
