Challenge
MyFieldAudits is a digital on-site inspection platform used by care facilities to conduct and manage field audits through a mobile-first experience.
Our primary challenge was to fully replace a legacy system by designing and building a new solution from the ground up, without disrupting service for end users. This involved developing a complete ecosystem that included a scalable backend, a web frontend, a back-office platform, and two mobile applications, alongside a comprehensive ETL analysis and data migration process.

Solution
The complete replacement of a legacy system with the development from scratch of a new optimized app that included a backend, a web frontend, a backoffice and 2 mobile applications, performing a corresponding data ETL analysis and executing the migration of user information and statistics data to the new system without interrupting the service for the end user.

Results
The architecture of the new system was designed to allow scalability and to collect massive data for proper analysis and business decision making. Because the application transfers a lot of information between the client and the server, the requests were optimized.
