Challenge
People buying software online want proof that the key is genuine and the key right away. Nerdused sells licenses for Microsoft Office, Windows, Mac and security tools, so shoppers had to find the right product and edition quickly on a laptop or a phone. Every extra step at checkout risked a lost sale, and any wait for the key made a genuine store feel risky.

Solution
Devsynth built the whole store on WordPress and Shopify. A clear catalog and search sort Microsoft, Windows, Mac and security licenses so shoppers find the right edition fast. The checkout is short and works on a laptop or phone, the key is emailed as soon as an order is paid, customer accounts keep past orders in one place, and guarantees sit next to the products.

Results
Buyers now find a license, pay in a few steps and get the key by email right away, with no shipping and no one sending keys by hand. Guarantees are shown where people decide, returning customers use accounts for repeat orders, and the Nerdused team manages one catalog for Office, Windows, Mac and security products.
