The task was to create an application for anonymous surveys to help validate and research health products. Marketing surveys have long migrated online, but they are mainly conducted on specialized web platforms. While mobile applications for such purposes are not very popular. Nevertheless, such a technical solution allows, on the one hand, higher reliability of data for the customer, and, on the other hand, comfort for the respondent.
Challenges: protection of access to the respondent's account, effective user interface for surveys, fast application speed, ability to quickly and easily add a new survey without involving a technical team, obtaining survey results in a convenient format, processing big amounts of data, secure management of user's privacy data.

Solution
Most attention was paid to data security. Access to the application is carried out by pin code, and if desired, the user can open H-Surveys by fingerprint. Added protection against taking screenshots. Also, with prolonged inactivity, the application screen is locked.

Results
The survey interface includes a progress line so respondents will know where they are and how many questions are left. Much attention was paid to the UX/UI design of the survey pages. All small details are verified, and therefore the pages are easy to read, the user does not need to re-map to take the next action - select an answer or go to the next question.
