The project had 4 types of Users: Admin, Operators, sub-operators (teaching staff), and Users (students, teaching assistants, and other working staff) with their accesses according to their privileges. We created possibilities for each of the User types options for dragging and dropping units from different categories to other ones which ended up in excellence. Slots in the timetable were eventually presented in an excellent way so it couldn't be involved in another category('room") if for that unit the other activity was already reserved.
