The solution offered a centralised hub that automated and optimised project spend management while covering the entire contract lifecycle. Key modules had been developed, including Registration for creating companies as an engager, supplier, or both; an Agreement module to add, edit, search, view, approve, and sign agreements; and a Projects section that allowed for the management of suppliers and SOWs. In addition, dedicated modules for managing users, companies, and detailed data—such as accountancy, insurance, and IR35 information—had been integrated into the platform.
