However, due to various performance and functionality issues, the client decided to completely rewrite it using cutting-edge technologies. They turned to Erbis to implement property management SaaS with an excellent user experience.

We implemented fundamental building blocks and key modules that handle the core logic and operations of the software. We also set up data structures and key features that enable the software to perform its primary functions.

The product offers a user-friendly client portal, enabling customers to easily onboard and access essential property management services. During the registration process, the system asks the user a few simple questions. Based on their responses, it provides tailored service options and flexible pricing models to meet their specific needs.
