At the Optimizely Hackathon 2024, participants were tasked with creating innovative solutions using the new Optimizely SaaS CMS platform. The main goal of the Hackathon was to showcase the new platform’s capabilities through various solutions, ranging from web applications to services. A mandatory requirement for all teams was to integrate AI tools into their solutions to demonstrate the potential of combining AI with the platform. As part of this challenge, the First Line Software team presented a project to simplify talent search and company recruitment processes.

The solution proposed by the team was the Optimizely Talent Portal, a platform for talent management that leverages AI capabilities to enhance searching for the perfect fit.

  • Advanced Candidate Search: Hiring managers can easily find the most suitable candidates using the advanced search and filtering system. This feature allows them to filter candidates based on specific criteria such as skills, experience, location, and more, ensuring a quick and efficient recruitment process.
  • AI-powered Candidate Screening and Matching: The AI assistant helps hiring managers by automatically screening candidate profiles and matching them with job requirements. It suggests the most qualified candidates, reducing the time spent on manual review and improving the quality of hires.
  • Personalized Notifications for Application Updates: Hiring managers receive instant notifications when new applications come in. This feature helps streamline recruitment by keeping managers informed of updates.
