Challenge

Ravetree is an all-in-one work management platform for professional services teams.

They asked for a new blog in Webflow. The old one lived on a WordPress subdomain, and the main site it had to join was built in fixed pixels, so new parts could break old ones.

Ravetree is an all-in-one work management platform for professional services teams.

They asked for a new blog in Webflow. The old one lived on a WordPress subdomain, and the main site it had to join was built in fixed pixels, so new parts could break old ones.

Solution

We matched the blog to the live site and built it in the Webflow CMS. We also added a redirect map to the plan, so the old article URLs kept working. Once the blog was live, we fixed the technical SEO across the whole site.

How we worked:

  • The live site became the spec for a new UI kit.
  • Every article now carries a CTA, anchors and Key Takeaways.
  • Old URLs stayed in the CMS until the migration checked out.
  • The SEO work covered all of ravetree.com.

Results

  • 78+ blog articles migrated from the subdomain to the main domain
  • 0 broken redirects after the migration
  • 3 conversion UX features added to every article

What changed:

  • Webflow blog at ravetree.com/blog
  • Sticky CTA, anchor nav and Key Takeaways on each article
  • Canonical tags added, robots.txt and sitemap cleaned up
