A new Flowlabs website in 4 weeks, then the full rebuild
Challenge
Flowlabs builds AI traffic software for transportation agencies, and it serves the Departments of Transportation in Seattle, North Carolina and Florida.
Aither had Flowlabs' new website designed in Figma and needed it built in Webflow fast, QA included. The old site's blog had to come across too.

Aither had Flowlabs' new website designed in Figma and needed it built in Webflow fast, QA included. The old site's blog had to come across too.
Solution
We built on a copy of the Flowlabs Webflow project, so Aither could keep updating the old site. QA ran in Figma until every comment closed. In 2025 we started the rebuild while the graphics were still in design.
How we worked:
- Build on a copy, so the old site keeps publishing.
- Give the marketers a CMS and show them how to run it.
- Keep QA open until the last Figma comment closes.
- Start the rebuild before the graphics are done.
- A CMS for four pages costs more than it saves.
