Challenge

Element451 sells an AI-powered CRM to higher ed, and its annual Engage conference draws 1,000+ attendees.

The Engage website ran on a bought template, and the event was growing fast. Whova, the event platform, has no public API. Then the whole Element451 brand changed.

Solution

We left the template for a new Webflow build with CMS pages for sessions and speakers. We kept Whova as embeds, so one update in Whova reaches the site. For 2027 we built one graphic system on the new palette and put the date-critical pages first.

How we worked:

  • The registration date set the plan.
  • One beam pattern carries the whole 2027 site.
  • The type had to hold up on a phone.
  • Layouts came first, so the copy had a home.
  • One update in Whova reaches the whole site.
  • Sponsors got a page built for signing up.

Results

  • 3x conference websites designed and shipped for Element451 since 2025
  • +94% event registrations after the redesign, from 518 to 1,006
  • < 4 weeks from signature to a launch-ready Engage 2026 website

What changed:

  • Webflow build with CMS sessions and speakers
  • Full layouts, finalized with the client in Figma
  • Engage 2027 site on the new palette
  • 1,006 event registrations
