Genius Logix is a vendor-neutral technology consultancy. We start with how your business works, then recommend the software and platforms that fit, whether or not they are ones we resell. Our aim is simple: technology your team actually uses.
What we do: software strategy and selection, implementation and integration, business and data transformation, customization services, and managed services. We also offer digital and growth marketing for clients who want help reaching their market.
Platforms we work with include AWS, Azure, GCP, Odoo, Pipedrive and SimpleRisk, and we are an authorized Pipedrive partner. We also build our own products, Qvise HRMS and Infobyne Sling.
Because we are not tied to one vendor, we can tell you plainly when a tool is not the right call. We stay on after launch with training, support and managed services, so the system keeps working as your business grows.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with discovery sessions with your team to learn how work really happens today, where it breaks and what you need the software to do. We write the requirements down in plain language, rank them by business impact and walk you through them before any build begins. We then check them against real examples, such as your own data and a working demo, so gaps surface early. Changes go through a simple review so scope stays clear for both sides.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We tie every recommendation back to what you are trying to achieve, such as faster sales cycles, fewer manual steps or better reporting. Because we are vendor-neutral, we pick tools that serve those goals, not ones we need to sell. We agree how success will be measured up front, check in with your stakeholders at each stage and review the result against those goals after launch, adjusting where needed.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We pick the method to fit the project. Work with open questions or changing needs runs in Agile, with Scrum-style sprints, regular demos and a prioritized backlog. Work with fixed scope and clear requirements, such as a migration or integration, follows a more planned, phased approach closer to Waterfall. Many projects mix the two, with planning up front and iterative delivery after. We agree the approach with you at the start.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Every project has a named point of contact and a regular check-in with your team. We share a short progress update covering what is done, what is next and anything that needs your decision. For build work, we demo working pieces as they are ready so you can give feedback early. Risks and scope changes are raised as soon as we see them, not saved for the end. We agree the update rhythm and channels with you at kickoff.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
We set the rhythm with you at kickoff. Most projects have a bi-weekly check-in with your team, plus a short written update between meetings so nothing waits for the next call. Larger or faster-moving projects can run shorter, more frequent check-ins, and quieter ones can move to every two weeks. Urgent issues, risks and decisions are raised straight away, not held for the next scheduled update.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
We check work at each stage, not just at the end. Requirements are reviewed before building, and completed work is peer-reviewed by a second team member. We test against the requirements we agreed with you, using realistic data where we can. For migrations and integrations, we check records and connections before go-live and run a final review with your team before launch. After launch, we stay on to fix issues and refine the setup.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We look for risks at the start, during discovery, and keep a short risk list for every project. Common ones are unclear requirements, messy data, integration limits and changes in scope. Each risk gets an owner and a plan, and we review the list at our regular check-ins. When something new appears, we tell you straight away with the options and what each would mean for scope, effort and timing, so you can decide with the facts.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We stay on after launch. Support covers fixing issues, answering your team’s questions and making small changes as your process evolves. Our managed services cover ongoing monitoring, updates and improvements for clients who want us to look after their systems. We also offer follow-up training for new team members. The level of support is agreed with you before go-live, so you know what is included and who to contact.
