While the client had a robust backend software, their frontend was clunky and visually outdated. While employing a strong team, they lacked in-house UI/UX and mobile expertise to:

Phase 1: Frontend Revolution
Completely rebuilt the web interface using Angular, delivering a clean, user-friendly dashboard
Enhanced data visualization with dynamic graphs showing live IoT metrics (usage trends, device health)

Phase 2: Mobile Transformation 
Developed a cross-platform Flutter app (iOS/Android) to monitor dispenser metrics remotely
Later, merged separate apps into a single codebase for easier maintenance
