We have not started this project from scratch. When we took it, it was really a disaster with an over-needs-designed architecture but very bad implementations and a lack of documentation. We need to build an extremely dynamic/white-label platform using native iOS and Android solutions.

Implement gamified training with Netflix-style content consumption and leaderboards/contests to increase engagement.
