Dynamic Vision: AI Retail Intelligence Platform
Challenge
Helixora Solutions developed its own retail-intelligence product to turn existing CCTV feeds into operational information. The product needed to connect computer-vision inference, camera-linked events, customer analytics, and comparisons across locations in an accessible cloud dashboard.
Helixora Solutions developed its own retail-intelligence product to turn existing CCTV feeds into operational information. The product needed to connect computer-vision inference, camera-linked events, customer analytics, and comparisons across locations in an accessible cloud dashboard.
Solution
Dynamic Vision is an AI retail-intelligence product built and owned by Helixora Solutions. It connects existing CCTV feeds to a cloud dashboard for customer analytics, store operations, and incident awareness.
Capabilities include footfall counting, customer journeys, heatmaps, dwell-time analysis, queue monitoring, staff-presence checks, idle-counter alerts, and empty-shelf detection. Camera-linked event records support review of suspicious activity.
A multi-branch dashboard compares location performance and supports demand forecasting and operational recommendations. The platform uses custom computer-vision and machine-learning models, real-time inference, and an event-processing system.
The published portfolio reports four connected locations and nine modules. This is Helixora's own product, rather than an external client commission.
