How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with discovery workshops and structured interviews with business and technical stakeholders. A Business Analyst and Agile Delivery Lead map processes, constraints, systems of record, and success metrics. Requirements are written as prioritized backlog items, validated in review sessions with the client, then confirmed against architecture and delivery capacity before sprint commitment. When agreed and needed, we facilitate with AI.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
An Agile Delivery Lead owns the client relationship and keeps delivery tied to business outcomes. We translate goals into measurable acceptance criteria and roadmap milestones. Strategy alignment happens through regular steering reviews with client decision-makers, so scope, priorities, and trade-offs stay explicit as the product evolves.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We primarily use Agile delivery with Scrum practices: time-boxed sprints, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Certified Agile Delivery Leads run the engagement instead of classic project managers. Where governance requires it, we blend Agile delivery with stage gates for compliance, security, or fixed-price accelerator scopes.
