Custom software: when a packaged product is too expensive or too broad, we build the parts a client actually uses in ASP.NET. For Longview Transit that meant the public site, with a live map of where each bus is, and the staff software behind it.
Hosting and support: we run the sites we build on our own managed servers and on AWS, with monitoring, backups and updates included, and we keep supporting them for years after launch.

Healthcare integration: HL7 data feeds through Mirth Connect over site-to-site VPNs.

What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Every client site has a separate QA environment, and changes are reviewed there before release. Releases go through our build server, and an automated site-quality check runs on each deploy and on a schedule afterward.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Most clients stay with us after launch: we host the site, apply updates and backups, monitor it, and make content and feature changes as needed, billed hourly or on a monthly plan.
