Insyght B.V. is an IoT product development studio based at Molengraaffsingel 10 in Delft, the Netherlands, founded in 2024. We take connected products from the first napkin sketch to certified series production with one in-house team, so nothing gets lost in handovers between separate vendors.
Our services cover the complete product lifecycle: concept design and feasibility, industrial design (with an iF Design Award winner on the team), schematic and PCB design for RF, low-power and multi-layer boards, embedded firmware (Nordic nRF52/53, ESP32, ARM Cortex-M), mobile apps and IoT cloud backends, parts sourcing with our own on-site engineer in Shenzhen, managed electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly, and CE/FCC certification through accredited partner labs. Rapid prototyping is a dedicated service: a working, testable device in weeks, built with components that also work in production. Next to connected products we design plain industrial electronics — motor control, measurement boards and end-of-life redesigns.
We build our own products too. PogoBot is a cloud-connected PCBA test fixture delivered in about four weeks; Insyght Console is the platform behind it, recording test results, AOI scores and production metadata per serial number, so every unit leaves a data trail from bare board to sealed box. Our production benchmark is over 95% first-pass yield.
Shipped work includes the JOGO in-shoe sensor for football training (acquired by 433), the PadelPlay smart racket sensor, the MedeMeter solar-powered environmental sensor and the Spark off-grid solar monitoring platform. The team is led by founder Michael Devid (Head of Technology) and co-founder Koos Habte (Embedded & Edge-ML Engineer). We work in English and Dutch for startups and established product companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK and the United States.
