Billboards America needed to streamline the complex, manual process of booking outdoor billboard advertising across the US market. The primary challenge was replacing an inefficient legacy system, fixing previous code quality issues, and implementing an intelligent multi-agent AI solution to automate billboard selection, availability checks, and client inquiries.

InterCode conducted an initial code audit to address existing technical debt and rebuilt key parts of the web platform using a modern tech stack.

- AI Multi-Agent System: Engineered an intelligent chatbot/AI agent capable of understanding customer requirements, searching outdoor ad locations, and handling booking workflows autonomously.
- Modern Web Stack: Rebuilt the web experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, coupled with Sanity CMS for flexible billboard listing management.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Data: Implemented PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM and deployed cloud services on Firebase and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
