The Client is a US-based education and technology company, as well as a leader in the education domain. The main challenge was to innovate the Client’s e-learning platform, increase their user base and grow market value a profound platform’s technical capabilities and business efficiency assessment was required.

Every assessment stage ended up with a report describing the product’s weaknesses and bottlenecks in detail. The whole process took 2.5 months. The final report described the overall system state as medium and that it required tech enhancements.
