Solution
We were working on the bulk messaging tool that allows small and middle-size businesses to be closer to their customers by connecting with them through WhatsApp. Our task & goal was to redesign the Chrome extension from scratch and create a smooth user experience for all the customer journey.

Results
The goal of redesigning and creating a smooth experience was fully completed. Product usability was improved a lot and a new user flow is much more simple and more intuitive.
Thus, the client got an updated, modern, and convenient Chrome extension.
