iMotorbike - Buy and Sell Motorbike Platform

The availability of the customer to discuss and confirm the flows Data is decentralized (stored in Google Sheets, old platform, HubSpot, etc.), so it takes time to bring them together into a single data warehouse. The system requires dynamic roles, and each role needs a dynamic view.

This is a challenge as no project in our company has tackled this with the current technology. The database in the old system is too large (over 100GB), and the technology version is outdated, making the migration from GCP to AWS difficult.

The business need is to:

• Move the current two news portals and one website from Google Cloud Platform to Amazon Web Service.
• Build an Admin Dashboard and a new Consumer Web that can be used in different countries.

The solution is:

• Build the data lake to migrate all data from the old platform, Google sheet, and Google Drive and store them in a new Data platform including Admin Dashboard, New OLTP, Consumer Web
