Logo Design for eCommerce Brand

Lovie is a startup for wooden toys and home decorations. Being a logo for a startup, the sign had to be flexible enough to be suitable even if there were slight variations of the business idea during its life cycle. The main target was and will remain children, young parents, and people with interests in home decor. Based on those specifics, the clients requested a friendly-looking and colorful logo.

As in most of the logo designs, our approach here was no different. We conducted research to get familiar with our client's competitors, and how they were presented in the digital world. We then made some hand-drawn drafts for the lettering starting with a black and white version, and gradually adding colors depending on the client's preferences and ideas.

The result is a well-balanced sign with round shapes and a nice look and feel. The logo proved to be suitable not only for print on different surfaces but for engraving as well
