Challenge
Corporate sites and store catalogues had accumulated across WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and more — each with its own editor, its own release path, its own bill and its own way of handling translations. Nothing could be changed across the estate at once, and the catalogues that mirror the transactional stores drifted out of step with them.

Solution
Fifty-plus multilingual corporate sites and store catalogues migrated off a mix of WordPress, Wix and Squarespace onto one Astro + Strapi stack — a shared component library, custom plugins, Shopify Plus synchronisation and enterprise integrations, all run from one place.

Results
A techno-zoo replaced by one stack the client controls. Every site builds from the same component library and is edited in Strapi, in each of the languages it trades in; store catalogues stay in step with the Shopify Plus stores through a synchroniser built as a plugin. Content, sites and environments are managed centrally on infrastructure the client already owned.
