Solution
To address these challenges, SafeTherapeutics partnered with Kanda to enhance platform usability and efficiency. Kanda conducted interviews and usability sessions with stakeholders to understand existing UX/UI, system functionality, and business goals. They iteratively developed and tested wireframes and prototypes, refining visual design and functionality based on feedback.

The platform's usability was enhanced with a graphic display emphasizing the frequency and evidence level of potential adverse drug reactions. Efficiency increased with streamlined data entry processes, improved visualization of platform pages, upgraded search functions, reduced click depth, and preparation for integration with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
