Our client, one of the leading suppliers of high-quality bottled water, finding themselves at the crossroads of digital transformation, approached us to help them leap forward from the traditional check-in process. We answered our client’s need by developing a fully connected ecosystem powered by self-service kiosks.

We helped our client move from manual trailer check-in/out processes that were error-prone to a fully-integrated self-service kiosk application. We built asset and process audit apps to streamline operations, enabling the employees to deliver a higher-quality audit opinion. Leveraging industry-best automation practices, we built self-service kiosks to enable trailer drivers/owners to check in automatically. The new solution was a resounding success. It reduced human intervention by the internal staff, freeing up the client’s resources from indulging in redundant tasks and focusing on strategic and result-oriented jobs.
