We use AI to help us work faster, together with human direction and experience, to deliver high-quality solutions without compromising quality, security, or standards.
We believe AI is a powerful tool, but at this time, it still needs human direction to make sure the final result meets the right level of quality and satisfaction.
Kodcraft AI was founded by Jerome in 2024, at a time when AI was becoming more widely used and starting to change how digital products were built.
He believed in the value of traditional web development, but he also saw a common problem. Many small and growing businesses could not afford top agencies or highly experienced developers who could build secure, reliable, and high-quality digital systems. At the same time, building a custom application with only one developer could take a long time.
Because of this, he first focused on building websites for businesses using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace. These tools made development more accessible, but he was still not fully satisfied because they had limitations in functionality and could still require a lot of development time.
As AI development tools became more advanced, Jerome spent hundreds of hours testing different tools and learning how to combine them with human web development skills and experience.
Through this process, he found that AI, when properly guided by a human developer, could make custom development much faster and more accessible. This became the foundation of Kodcraft AI—offering affordable custom software solutions without compromising quality, security, or development standards, while delivering projects much faster than traditional development.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start by understanding the client’s business, goals, users, and the main problem they want to solve. We gather requirements through calls, messages, reference websites, documents, and examples. Before development, we organize the requirements into clear features and confirm the main scope so both sides understand what will be built.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We do not focus only on design or development. We first understand how the website or application will support the client’s business, customers, operations, and future growth. Every major feature is reviewed based on the client’s goals so we avoid building something that looks good but does not help the business perform.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We normally use an Agile approach because most custom projects improve as development moves forward. We break the project into smaller stages, build the main functions first, test them, collect feedback, and continue improving. For smaller projects, we keep the process simple while still following clear planning, development, testing, and delivery stages.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
We keep communication simple and transparent. We provide updates through messages, meetings, screenshots, videos, or working previews depending on the project. Clients can review the progress during development instead of waiting until the project is finished, making it easier to catch changes or adjustments early.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
This depends on the size and speed of the project. For active projects, we normally provide updates several times during the development process and schedule meetings when important decisions, feedback, or reviews are needed. For longer projects, regular weekly updates or check-ins can also be arranged.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
We test the website or application throughout development, not only at the end. This includes checking functionality, forms, user flows, mobile responsiveness, different screen sizes, performance, links, basic security, and overall usability. We also complete a final QA review before delivery or launch.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We try to identify possible risks early, including unclear requirements, third-party integrations, technical limitations, security concerns, timelines, and changes in project scope. We test important or uncertain features early when possible and communicate with the client if something may affect the timeline, cost, or expected result.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We provide post-launch support depending on the project or package. This may include bug fixes, technical assistance, small adjustments, monitoring, updates, and help with the system after launch. We can also provide longer-term maintenance and development support when the client needs new features or improvements.
