To enhance their project, Rheumnow aimed to achieve the following objectives:
Boost user engagement and decrease the bounce rate
Encourage visitors to view more pages per session
Increase the number of users converting from free to paid levels
Simplify the process of adding/claiming/editing a profile, which was previously complicated
Address some performance issues the site was facing, although these were not deemed a top priority by the client.
We successfully improved the profile editing process as per the client's satisfaction. While some performance issues were identified, they were not critical, and the client did not prioritize them immediately.

Solution
To revamp Rheumnow.com, the LN team collaborated directly with the owner/CEO, and daily calls were scheduled to maintain communication between the team and the client. JIRA was used as the task management tool, and each task was added as a user story with comprehensive details.
The team divided the stories into different iterations, allocating 2-3 iterations to tasks for each web page. For each page, the team identified the elements that required revamping and prioritized them accordingly. The highest priority elements were addressed in the first iteration of each web page.
