Challenge
The challenge
KFC Ukraine needed to build a complete digital ordering and loyalty ecosystem from scratch, connecting restaurants, channels, and guest data while operating in a highly disrupted market.
The challenge
KFC Ukraine needed to build a complete digital ordering and loyalty ecosystem from scratch, connecting restaurants, channels, and guest data while operating in a highly disrupted market.
Solution
What we built
A branded native app, web ordering, in-store kiosks, and delivery, all connected to one guest account and one loyalty program instead of five separate tools
A gamified, tiered loyalty system designed to create anticipation, not just collect points: guests progress through levels, unlock rewards, and come back to see what's next
Pop-culture-themed in-app mini-games and other campaign tie-ins, built to make engagement fun enough that guests share it on their own rather than needing to be pushed to open the app

Results
The result
Took the entire digital and loyalty stack from zero to fully live across the franchise's whole restaurant network in a single year
Growth that held up despite genuinely difficult operating conditions in the market: guest engagement, not favorable circumstances, is what carried it
The mini-games became organically shareable among guests, turning app engagement into a word-of-mouth driver for the loyalty program rather than something guests had to be marketed into
