Casual Films approached us to develop a platform that would streamline their video production process and improve operational efficiency across areas like finance, reporting, and creative development. They needed a solution that would support global collaboration and scale with their growing teams.

Solution
We started with a comprehensive discovery phase, mapping out the platform’s functionality with detailed documentation and wireframes. From there, our team designed and developed both the front- and back-end using JavaScript. This is an ongoing collaboration, with new features being added regularly through agile sprints. We were thrilled to contribute to the creation of this revolutionary tool for Casual Films. The platform empowers their producers to seamlessly manage video projects, tracks expenses and revenue to provide oversight for financiers, and enables global collaboration by integrating freelancers worldwide.

The platform we built has become a core part of Casual Films’ daily operations, used by teams across six countries. Although there have been minor delays, we’ve maintained cost stability and ensured all features are delivered as promised. Our team remains responsive, continuously refining and improving the platform to meet evolving needs.
