Mind Stack Labs is a full-cycle software development company founded in 2019 and based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We design, build, test, and deploy web apps, mobile apps, and AI automation systems with one in-house team, so there are no handoffs between vendors.
What we build:
- Mobile apps: Flutter, FlutterFlow, React Native, and .NET MAUI for iOS and Android
- Web apps: Next.js, React, Angular, Laravel, ASP.NET, and WordPress and WooCommerce
- Backend and cloud: Node.js, Python and FastAPI, Firebase, Supabase, and database design
- AI and automation: n8n workflows, LangChain and OpenAI integrations, WhatsApp Business API automation, voice AI agents, and AI CRM systems
- Internal tools: admin panels, business dashboards, and reusable templates
Our portfolio is shaped around three verticals. In on-demand, delivery, and mobility, we have built food delivery, taxi, carpooling, and logistics products with real-time dispatch. In healthcare, we build patient-facing and clinical apps where privacy and HIPAA requirements shape the architecture. In fintech, we build finance, invoicing, and money-management apps where security and accuracy come first.
We work with startups and growth-stage businesses in the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and Asia. Every project starts with a scoping call, and we send a detailed proposal within 24 hours. We are a Flutter technical consultant and a RevenueCat tech partner, which means we know the production side of mobile subscriptions and releases, not only the build.
If you have a product idea or a workflow that needs automating, tell us what outcome you need and we will plan the fastest path to a working release.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a scoping call where we ask about the problem, the users, and the business outcome before we talk about features. We then write the requirements down as user flows and a prioritized feature list, and send it back to the client for review. Nothing moves to design until the client has confirmed that list. For larger builds, we validate risky assumptions early with wireframes or a clickable prototype, so changes happen on paper and not in code. A written proposal follows within 24 hours of the call.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We tie every feature to a goal the client has named, such as launching in a set window, reducing manual work, or reaching a first group of paying users. Features that do not support that goal move to a later phase. We agree on what success looks like at the start, and we revisit it at each milestone. If the client's priorities shift, we adjust the plan and explain what the change does to scope and timeline.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We work in Agile, using short sprints with working builds at the end of each one. Scrum practices such as sprint planning, backlogs, and reviews guide most projects. For fixed, well-defined work with little expected change, we plan in clear phases with set milestones. We pick the approach that fits the project and agree on it with the client at the start.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Clients get a shared project board, regular written updates, and access to working builds as they are ready. Each update covers what was finished, what is in progress, and anything that needs a client decision. We use the client's preferred channel, such as email, Slack, or WhatsApp, so updates reach the right people without extra tools. Stakeholders can ask questions at any point and get a direct answer from the team.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
We hold a short weekly check-in call and send a written status update after it. A sprint review at the end of each cycle shows the working build and plans the next one. For active launch periods, we move to more frequent check-ins. Clients can also reach their project lead directly between meetings.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
QA is handled by our in-house team and runs through the whole project, not only at the end. We test features as they are built, then run full regression testing before each release. Testing covers functionality, devices and screen sizes, performance, and security basics. Bugs are logged, prioritized, and fixed before sign-off. Clients receive a test build to review before anything goes live.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We list risks during scoping, covering technical unknowns, third-party integrations, compliance needs, and timeline pressure. Each risk gets an owner and a plan. High-risk items are tackled early, for example by building a small proof of concept for an unfamiliar integration. We track open risks during weekly check-ins and raise any issue with the client as soon as we see it, together with options and what each would cost in time or scope.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We help with store submission and launch, then provide a bug-fix period after release. After that, clients can choose ongoing maintenance, which covers fixes, dependency and OS updates, performance monitoring, hosting support, and new features. We also hand over documentation and source code so the client is never locked in to us.
