This system needed to effectively gather and store attendance data from specialized devices, analyze the information, and deliver comprehensive analytics for the duration of the training period. Solution
Mitrix Technology engineered a dual-component system comprising a web application for backend analytics and a dedicated scanning device application for real-time data capture. The design focused on usability and scalability, enabling easy integration into classroom settings. The system was crafted to accept data input from CSV files and manual entry by administrators, ensuring versatility in data management.

The attendance tracking system was successfully deployed in 14 classrooms across 4 buildings, demonstrating its efficiency and reliability in managing and reporting attendance data. The application's design allows for easy addition of new schools, facilitating seamless scalability and cost-effective expansion. As a result, the system not only meets the immediate needs of attendance tracking but also provides a scalable solution that can grow with institutional requirements.
