Advanced CRM System Design for AR Tool
Challenge
AR Solutions is an interactive platform that lets companies put augmented reality to work in industrial settings.
The task was the UX and UI of an advanced web panel built from four complementary modules: field worker, specialist, manager and administrator. Those roles could hardly be further apart. Someone working on site needs something different from a manager reading results at a desk, yet all four operate inside one system, and the panel had to stay intuitive and efficient for each of them.
Alongside that, AR Solutions needed a website designed and developed to convert visitors rather than only describe the company.

Solution
Mobitouch delivered UX research, wireframes, UI mockups and a clickable prototype in Figma, and built the website in HTML, SCSS, JS and PHP.
The complexity of the platform called for a practical approach: dividing the work logically into modules and organising a large number of functions so that each role finds its own path through the system.
We started with tests and a series of interviews with users from the target groups the client defined. The findings produced a lo-fi mockup, which we then went through element by element with the team, and the resulting UX was tested repeatedly rather than once. Only afterwards did we prepare a dedicated graphic system and consistent components fitting into the design system.
That order matters in a project like this. With four roles in one panel, guessing at the structure and correcting it in the visual layer costs far more than research does.
The website is fully responsive and easy to navigate, presenting the company's main advantages in a way that makes its technological character visible.
