Card-free Sports Benefit Management System
Challenge
Opensport24 gives employees access to sports facilities co-financed by their employer, without a membership card. The phone takes its place, and the user enters swimming pools, gyms and other venues in the partner network with the app alone.
The system had to run on its own. Distributing monthly tickets, generating invoices and allocating entries are the operations that grow with every new employer and every new facility, and doing them by hand puts a ceiling on the whole business. Automating them was the point of the project.
Behind that sit several groups with different needs at once: corporate users, individual users, the partner facilities and the company managing the network.

Solution
Mobitouch built a dedicated CMS in PHP and Symfony, together with native iOS and Android apps in Swift and Kotlin, socket communication, an invoicing system and a QR scanner.
The CMS is the centre of the system, a single panel where the offers of all the facilities are managed.
The apps recognise the type of user automatically, so a corporate account and an individual one get what applies to them without the person choosing anything. Tickets are distributed automatically, entry is confirmed by a dedicated verification procedure, and the offers of partner facilities are promoted inside the app.
The invoicing runs on the same automation. Monthly tickets, invoices and allocations happen without staff involvement, which is what allows the network to grow without the operating workload growing with it.
