E-commerce Website for Heze Furniture
Challenge
Heze Furniture is a UK furniture store offering a wide range of furniture and home accessories.
The previous shop was unstable and dated. The company wanted to return to e-commerce properly, with a new image and a higher standard of service, and it needed the sales process automated, since parts of it were taking staff time that should not have been needed.
Two conditions came with the rebuild. The full offer had to move from the old shop without losing the positions the company had earned in search, and the store had to work in several languages because the business operates internationally.

Solution
Mobitouch covered UX and UI design, frontend development and backend development, building the shop in HTML5, CSS, PHP, MySQL and jQuery.
The store is modern and fully responsive, designed so a customer finds the piece they are looking for quickly and buys it without friction. In furniture retail the range is wide and the decision is slow, so navigation has to keep a browsing customer oriented rather than lost.
Migrating the complete offer from the previous store was one of the most important parts of the project, and we supported it with the SEO work that keeps a shop visible after a move. That part rarely shows in a screenshot, but a migration handled badly costs traffic that took years to build.
Multilingual versions of the site cover the international side of the business.
The team also gained an intuitive tool for adding products and managing content, and selected sales processes that previously required manual involvement were automated.
