Challenge

Loymee is a loyalty app for the services sector, built as a progressive web app and sold as a SaaS product. Customers earn points on purchases and exchange them for rewards, and businesses run the whole program from an admin panel.

The system had to serve three groups at once: customers, employees of the business, and administrators. Each of them needed something different, and the difficulty was keeping the app simple while still giving businesses advanced functionality.

Customers needed a quick way to collect points with a QR code, a rewards catalog they could browse, and their card available in a digital wallet. Businesses needed to manage loyalty programs, set their own reward rules, and handle multiple locations. On top of that, Loymee had to work for a small local business and for a large enterprise, which is why the subscription model is based on the number of employees, locations and rewards.

Solution

Mobitouch covered UX/UI design, PWA development and backend development.

We built Loymee as a progressive web app, so customers use it in the browser and do not have to install anything. Collecting points happens at the counter through a QR code, and the points appear on the account right away. Customers then open the rewards catalog and exchange points for what the business offers. Loymee also connects to Google Wallet and Apple Pay, so the loyalty card sits next to the cards a customer already uses.

On the business side, we designed an admin panel that covers loyalty programs, employees, clients and locations in one place. Reward rules are configurable, so each business decides how points are earned and what they can be exchanged for. Push notifications and emails are sent from the same panel, which means a business can announce a reward or a promotion without a separate tool.

The subscription model reflects how differently the app is used. Pricing depends on the number of employees, locations and rewards, so a single location pays for its own scale and a larger organization adds branches and staff inside the same system.

Results

Loymee makes running a loyalty program simple. Customers collect and redeem points in a modern PWA, and the integration with Google Wallet and Apple Pay makes the card easier to keep at hand.

Businesses have full control from the admin panel. They manage employees, track locations and adjust rewards to their own program. Push notifications and emails give them a direct way to keep customers engaged.

Loymee works as a scalable SaaS platform that connects customers and businesses and supports loyalty programs across different industries and business models.
