Web Shop and Mobile App for a Swiss E-Commerce
Challenge
Prime SwissTime is a Swiss dealer of vintage luxury watches, jewelry and handbags. The audience is international, so the platform had to work in English, French and German from the start.
Luxury resale does not follow the usual e-commerce pattern. People who want to sell an item first submit it for review, and the team decides whether it enters the inventory. Buyers do not only buy what is listed: they also ask the shop to source a specific piece, and they expect to negotiate rather than pay a fixed price.
Stock is the other difficulty. Items are one of a kind and the same piece is listed on external portals such as Chrono24 and Ricardo.ch, so a sale in one place has to be reflected everywhere at once. At these price levels, a listing that turns out to be already sold costs the seller the buyer's trust.
Once the website was live, the same experience had to reach mobile users on iOS and Android, and quickly.

Solution
Mobitouch designed and developed the platform, then built the mobile app.
The shop is built around the product. The layout stays clean and gives the imagery room, since in this market the photos carry the decision, and navigation keeps the buyer moving toward the item rather than through the interface. Everything runs in three languages.
Both sides of the market have their own path. A seller submits an item with its details and the team reviews it before anything reaches the inventory, which keeps control over what is offered. A buyer browses the shop with advanced filters, or sends a sourcing request for a piece that is not listed. The Shop page also carries a Submit Offer option, so a buyer proposes a price instead of accepting a fixed one, and when the negotiation ends the administrator sends a secure link to finish the purchase.
Stock is synchronised with Chrono24 and Ricardo.ch in real time. A piece sold in one channel stops being available in the others, which removes double listings.
The mobile app was delivered as a Flutter wrapper, which put the full shop on iOS and Android at the same time and in a very short schedule.

Results
Prime SwissTime runs on an e-commerce system built around the way luxury resale actually works, rather than around a standard shop template. Selling, sourcing and negotiating each have their own place in the platform, and the team keeps control over what enters the inventory.
Real-time stock across the shop and the external portals means buyers see what is genuinely available, which matters when a single item costs as much as it does here.
The Flutter app extended the same experience to iOS and Android shortly after the website launched, so the mobile audience was covered without a second long development cycle.
