Challenge
The NAB Show website experienced high traffic during the event, with daily unique visits of around 36,000 and over 200,000 page views. The legacy Drupal-based website required a more sophisticated CMS to cater to its massive user base, including sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and partners. A notable challenge was the presence of redundant workflows that resulted in time loss, necessitating the creation of new, efficient, and automated workflows.

Solution
Multidots and NAB Show extensively discussed existing workflows and challenges. They devised a detailed migration plan with milestones for feedback. This included a seamless shift to WordPress using Gutenberg. Tailored plugins were created for workflow automation, and the WordPress VIP hosting was adopted to boost website performance, security, and stability.

Results
The refreshed website was launched three months before the conference. Implementing new smart workflows streamlined the NAB Show team's operations, saving time. The migration to WordPress, combined with adherence to the highest coding standards, resulted in a remarkable 77.51% reduction in average page load time, significantly improving the user experience.
